My relationship with poetry has been an uncomfortable one. I have discovered poems that have had a profound effect on me. From a very young age I have also tried to express myself through poetry - the success of such attempts I will leave you to judge. I have studied poetry at the A Levels (British) as well as in university (American). Although I have been exposed to its technicalities, I am mostly ignorant about poetry. So my work is very much the work of an amateur.
